HISTORY OF EAGLE HOME MEDICAL CORPORATION

July 1994, Eagle Home Medical Corp was established as a North Carolina Corporation.

Eagle Home Medical Corp. was set up as a local mom and pop hospital equipment business under the sole control of Joseph Hagan in 1994.

After achange in management in 1998, it was decided that Eagle would go after Small Business Set-Aside Contracts for Home Oxygen with the Veterans Affairs. At that time the business was doing approximately $500,000.00 per year in sales. In June of 1998, Eagle Home Medical Corp became a Certified HUBZone Small Business Concern. Our size and HUBZone status has been established and certified by the SBA. Eagle's current sales exceed $3,000,000.00 per year.

Eagle Home Medical Corp continures to pursue Home Oxygen and Durable Medical Equipment contracts with Veteran Affairs. Eagle Home Medical Corp looks forward to our continued efforts to serve the Veterans of the United States Military in a high quality, cost effective, and timely manner.
